⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely AMAZING experience at Steinhafels! I can’t say enough great things about my mattress-buying experience, especially because of Theresa W, who was absolutely wonderful to work with! She was knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and genuinely took the time to listen to what I was looking for rather than just trying to make a sale. Theresa W made the entire process easy, comfortable, and actually enjoyable. She helped me find the perfect mattress while making sure I felt confident in my purchase every step of the way. You can tell when someone truly cares about their customers, and Theresa definitely does! If you’re looking for a new mattress, ask for Theresa W at Steinhafels! She deserves all the recognition for providing such an exceptional customer experience. I walked out feeling like I got not only a great mattress, but also five-star service! 🛏️✨

Working with Tara Rogers was a very good experience. Tara wasn't pushy to 'upsell' and worked with us very well within our budget. She was able to answer all our questions about the various couches and loveseats. After 'testing' out many sets of furniture, we finally found the one that we loved.

Hubby and I were looking to replace our queen size mattress, so we decided to try Steinhafels first. We met Joan S. as we started wandering who brought us to a twin size mattress that when you laid on it showed areas of your body on a screen what pressure points bothered you. It showed the recommended mattress that would fit your needs. Ours was soft/ medium. We ended up choosing a firm mattress which felt comfortable to us. The great thing is we have 120 days to try the mattress and see if are happy with it, along with the purchase of a mattress protector. Delivery is Saturday. Looking forward to sleeping on the mattress. Joan was so helpful helping us decide, no pressure tactics. Steinhafels also has payment plans to suite your budget. Lots of choices.

We had a wonderful experience here with Jenny. She was extremely patient while I was deciding upon fabric and style for a set of chairs. We decided to wait on the chairs until a later time.. Jenny spent so much time helping us decide and stayed totally pleasant when we decided we would wait. We purchased two sofas from her and any questions i had she thoroughly answered. She made great suggestions while we were shopping as well as respecting our decisions. Great understanding of her clients, great listener and communicator. Can't say enough about this awesome experience. I would recommend her highly.
